2010 ICE BAG PROGRAM

2009 ICE BAG PRICING WILL BE HELD OVER FOR 2010,

LIKE ALWAYS, WE HAVE ADDED EVEN MORE FRIENDS TO OUR 2010 PROGRAM!

For our new friends joining our program for the first time, this is your opportunity to have your name, address, and net weight printed beneath the most identifiable object in the packaged ice industry, the world famous VIVIAN POLAR BEAR on your 7, 8 and 10 pound bags. You will then be in compliance with regulations as prescribed by most, if not all state authorities.

For those of you already on the program and have no changes, we have attempted to make the order form easier by preprinting your name on them. All we need is your quantity and any changes or you can simply mark “same as last year”. Once again, thank you for your continued support!

Just like last year, this program will run for orders placed prior to March 1, 2010, and shipments are scheduled to begin approx. April 15, 2010. Those who are new or have made changes will need their printing plate proof approved by March 15, 2010. After March 1, 2010, a minimum quantity of 25,000 bags of any given size is required in order to be special printed and be reasonably priced.

In determining a particular price, refer to the price chart below and select the size and quantity of your ice bags. Minimum quantity for this special service is 5,000. Also, due to the nature of the printing process involved, there may be an under or overrun of up to 25% of the quantity ordered. Therefore, if you ordered 10,000 bags, you could possibly receive anywhere from 7,500 to 12,500 bags. However, most overruns are normally less than 10%.

If this is your first time ordering on our bag program with your special imprint, there is a one time charge of $165.00 to have your printing plate made. Once this plate is made, it will be good for many years.

There is a $100.00 charge to cover the cost of stopping the printing press to insert and remove your nameplate. All bag pricing is based on shipping freight collect to you from our factory.

If you wish to order 10,000 of our 108WPW, with your special imprint, the cost is $76.42 per thousand.

Cost of 10,000 bags @ 76.42 / M                       =          $764.20
Cost to stop press and insert nameplate         =          $100.00
Total price of bags                                                 =          $864.20 (freight not included)

NOTE: Don’t forget there is a one-time charge of $150.00 if you do not currently have a nameplate on file and your proof must be approved by March 15, 2010.
