Scotsman Innovation Lowers Installation Costs

• Instead of one large rooftop unit, Scotsman's unique, two-piece modular construction eliminates the need and expense for a full-size crane to put the equipment on the roof since the compressor unit and remote condenser can be placed separately.
• Pre-charged refrigerant lines make installation faster by eliminating the need to evacuate and purge with nitrogen.
• Quick-connects eliminate time consuming braising and the risk of contaminating the refrigerant lines.

Eclipse Technology Maximizes Cleaning Access

• The 22" cuber's 16.5" depth insures clear access to the front of the dispenser making cleaning much easier, faster, and more thorough.
• Front and left side access to the interior of the ice machine insures proper cleaning and sanitation even in the tightest installations and under the harshest water conditions.

Eclipse Technology Maximizes Service Ease

• The system control and all refrigeration components are in the front of the 22" Eclipse ice machine guaranteeing quick and accurate service.
• With the balance of the refrigeration system outside, service can be completed without interrupting employees or customers.

• Two 600, 800, or 1,000 lb. Eclipse icemakers and compressor units can be connected to a single, dual circuit remote condenser (see Figure 1) saving both roof space and cost.
• Also, a single Eclipse ice machine and compressor unit can be connected to a properly sized universal rack or multi-path condenser system (see Figure 2) further reducing installation costs.

AutoIQ™-plus Control System
Scotsman's universal solid-state controller monitors operating conditions and constantly adjusts the ice machine for maximum ice production. Easy-to-read diagnostic lights make service simpler and faster resulting in lower costs. AutoIQplus also controls a variety of performance enhancing system functions dramatically increasing the reliability of CM3 ice machines.

Adaptive Harvest
This patented feature automatically adjusts for changes in ambient temperatures and reduces ice-making cycle times under good conditions thus speeding ice recovery and reducing the potential to run out of ice during peak periods.

AutoRestart
By automatically restarting the machine after fluctuations in power and water utilities, this patented feature eliminates expensive service calls.

ReliaClean® Water System
Separates minerals from water and offers adjustable water-flushing to accommodate variations in water quality. As a result, CM3 minimizes water usage and water related maintenance. Also offers a simplified, push-button cleaning process, all controlled by you, to help keep your ice machine clean.

CMM₃ Evaporator
The hot tin-dipped, molecularly bonded plate's construction has field-tested durability and is proven to be 99.4% reliable over five years.

Rust-free polyethylene base and food zone
The polyethylene base is insulated with 11/2 inches of foam that keeps the water and food zone cool thus reducing operating costs.
